The soyabean is most commonly associated with soy sauce and tofu - and while these ingredients are a mainstay of Oriental cuisines, soyabeans have innumerable uses, in a wide range of foodstuff.

Soya is a complex plant that contains all the essential amino acids and the basic building blocks for a variety of products. It is a complete complete protein in itself, and the closest vegetable protein to meat - which is why it lends itself to a variety of uses across the food processing industry. LivSoy® is a range of high-quality food ingredients derived from carefully-selected non-GMO soyabeans, and includes soya flour, lecithin, grits, textured soy protein and more.

The LivSoy® range is designed to deliver application-specific functionality and offer a diverse array of functional properties, nutrient levels, and physical formats to consumers and manufacturers.

Our products are used in water binding, flavourings, for emulsification purposes, gelation, viscosity, solubility, whipping, and foaming.

We are able to offer our customers the best price in the market, because we cut out middlemen in the sourcing process. We source 100% non-genetically modified soya beans from the farming community in Madhya Pradesh (in close proximity to our manufacturing plant), ensuring the raw material spends less time on the road and quickly gets to its destination. An additive that is used as an emulsifier, lecithin has cemented itself as an integral ingredient in food processing. thanks to its technological and nutritional properties.

LivFlk®

Soyabean flakes are the product obtained after extracting some of the oil from soyabeans after cracking, heating, and flaking dehulled soyabeans.

LivGrt®

Grits, similar to flakes, are minimally processed, and the simplest of all edible soyabean protein products.

Refined Oil

Refined soyabean oil is a vegetable fat that’s extracted from the seeds of the soyabean plant.
