Soya Granules Sabzi

Ready in 15 minutes. High protein. Goes with any roti. 

Ingredients, that you need​

soya granuels
  • Soya Granules – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1 large
  • Tomato – 2 medium
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli – 1 chopped
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

How to make it 

 

Step 01 – Soak

Add granules to hot water. Soak for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out all the water.

Step 02 – Cook the base

Heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Add onion — cook till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 03 – Add tomatoes and spices

Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, salt. Cook till oil separates — about 5 minutes.

Step 04 – Add granules

Add squeezed granules to the masala. Mix well. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Ready to serve

Best enjoyed fresh and hot. Pairs perfectly with soft rotis, buttery parathas, or steamed basmati rice.
